Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Many of our pieces are vintage, handmade, artist-made, or one of a kind. Signs of age, wear, and natural variations may be present. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe the condition of each item.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, photos, and condition notes carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@wares-shop.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
